The Supervisor is responsible for the safe running of all applicable shifts and for effective daily management of the milieu and of all program functions in the absence of the Program and Assistant Program Directors. The supervisor will also provide supervision of residential staff, advocate for residents, complete all necessary paperwork before the end of the shift and communicate all necessary information to the on-coming supervisor.
At least one year of childcare experience working with emotionally disturbed clients in a residential setting, prior supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license are required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
